Plant Manager/General Manger – automotive sector

DESCRIPTION
For our Client, international company in automotive branch we're searching for the most professional candidate to take overall responsibility of Plant activities in Northern Ireland

Job description
- Managing operations of production plant: process of aluminum machining, quality control, logistics
- Ensuring product quality and meeting delivery times
- Responsible of production improvement and new implementations
- Managing a production team (currently - 25 workers) / planned growth -up to 100 workers
- Responsibility for the budget; monitoring and managing overall costs
- Seeking new business opportunities, managing new expansions and/or investment projects
- Participating in project of new quality management system implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in managing production plant; preferably in automotive sector
- knowledge of metal machining process will be an asset
- degree in technical education
- practical experience in operations field, production process and managing whole organization
- fluent in German (corporate language) and English is a must
- strong planning, organizational and communicative skills
- ability to work in quickly changing environment
- experience in dealing with issues like: production increase, improvement of processes, optimizations
