DESCRIPTION
For our customer we are looking for a person with native flemish or dutch for position of: Technical Service Officer
Workplace: Katowice
Duties:
• Handle technical product queries from dealers
• Provide technical support to dealers during the installation and design phase of photovoltaic installations
• Responsible for customer support concerning technical issues
• Responsible for providing dealers with product related certificates
• Assist during the configuration of solar systems
• Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
• Document all call notes
• Using ERP system
• Generate reports on several performance factors for evaluative purposes
REQUIREMENTS
• ability to relocate
• native (or extra-fluent) flemish or dutch
• good knowledge of English and French
• experience in customer service would be an advantage
