For our customer we are looking for a person with ability to communicate Norwegian or Finnish fluently for position of:
Customer Service Assistant
Duties:
- day to day phone and mail activity
- customer technical support
- solving customers problems
- generating reports
REQUIREMENTS
- native (or extra-fluent) Norwegian or Finnish
- good knowledge of English
- experience in customer service would be an advantage
