Accountant with German (AP, AR, GL)

DESCRIPTION
For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant with German (AP, AR, GL)

Transition phase:
- Develop an understanding of the current state processes
- Perform one of: PTP, OTC or RTR daily tasks on site initially in legacy systems
- Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the P2P, OTC or RTR area
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Establish very good relationship with the client

Delivery phase:
- Work closely with TL to manage and develop a team
- Maintain P2P, OTC or RTR scope and described above
- Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Maintain period closing activities
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of experience in P2P, OTC area
- Very good English and German skills,
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transition experience will be an advantage
