DESCRIPTION
For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Business Process Developer.
Job Description:
- Registering changes
- Providing process and system knowledge
- Preparing Business Case
- Drawing up Feasibility Study
- Preparing action plan
- Leading workshops related to particular changes
- Conducting cross-functional team meetings/reviews
- Providing written status communication to the Steering Committee
- Maintaining project documentation repository
- Participating as a project member in other projects
- Performing daily tasks according to the project plan
- Preparing written project status report
- Monitoring realization of budget for projects
- Updating flow charts in case of any changes
- Supporting production department
- Participating in internal CI meeting
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree preferably in Economy or Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in SSC / BPO environment ( preferably in - Continuous Improvement or related departments )
- Experience in process re-engineering and financial modeling
- Experience in project management
- Experience in process transition would be an advantage
- Experience in IT tools implementation would be regarded;
- Very good interpersonal skills and working within a team environment
- Solid computer skills ( MS Project, MS Power Point, Excel, Word, ARIS would be an advantageous)
- Experience in accounting (GL process preferabely)
- Very good knowledge of English
