The Customer Service Associate (CSA) works as part of a team that provides quality customer service to Hewitt?s clients and their employees. The CSA is responsible for helping employees, client candidates, HR contacts, retirees, and others understand, work with, and use their HR plan(s) and tools accurately and effectively. He or she acts as a liaison for the customer by working with him/her to resolve complex questions and issues arising from inbound calls and on-line secured requests (Webchat, eService, etc.).
In particular, Customer Service Associate will be responsible for:
Handling Inbound Calls, Webchats & eService Requests,
Making Outbound (Follow-up) Calls,
Conducting Off-Phone Research/Projects.
