DESCRIPTION
For our Client, international company, being well known leader within travel branch to meet its increasing demands, we are currently looking for candidate for the position of: Customer Service Specialist with Greek or Swedish or German or Russian or Spanish or Dutch.
Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
-Supporting customers on the phone and via email within travel branch
-Handling all customer complaints and feedback, follow up on the cases;
- Advising and solving various problems that may occur;
-Ensuring customer satisfaction
-Build and maintain good professional relations with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduate;
- Fluency in one of European languages (Greek, Swedish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguesee or Dutch)
- Good command of English;
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience in working in travel industry would be an asset;
- GDS knowledge will be an asset
- Client oriented personality;
- Very good communication skills;
- Stress resistance
