For our Client, well known international company, , we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Customer Service Specialist for German or French market.
Candidate hired on this position will be responsible for daily contact with customers and suppliers, ensuring daily support and trainings for customers.
REQUIREMENTS
-professional experience in the area of customer service (touristic branch is desirable)
-fluent knowledge of English
-fluent knowledge of French/German
-ability to work in a team
-very good interpersonal and organizational skills
-business orientation
