For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position in Junior Customer Service Specialist with Italian and Spanish
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluently in Italian and Spanish
• Very good English
• Experience in the Customer service will be an asset,
• Customer orientated and well-organized,
• Good interpersonal skills and high analytical mind,
• Communicative attitude (position requires frequent contacts on the phone with Italian/Spanish/English speaking clients)
• Higher education,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications,
