The Account Specialist will manage the customer experience for a specific territory's install base of customers and help grow and maintain revenue. He/She is the Customer Representative/Advisor who serves as a key point of contact and as a liaison between the customer and the various departments within the company. Key responsibilities will include managing customer activation process, ongoing support around customer service levels, customer contract renewals, customer billing, and providing training on the company services.
The Account Specialist will understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where the company services fit their ongoing business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- excellent written and spoken English language
- at least 2 years of strong experience in sales and customer service in international environment
- experience in IT company
- ability to work well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
- ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
