Have you got experience in managing team?

The individual will lead a team of customer service specialists in IT area. The team operates in an entrepreneurial, multi language, multi culture manner with the primary goal of expanding company's business within the install base customers. As a leader of this team, this individual will juggle many responsibilities in their goal to establish strong relationships with their customers, drive new business with their base, achieve maximum revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The position will collaborate with groups across the company to drive over all marketing, product, services and support activities for their industry.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's and /or Masters Degree in engineering, economics, science or business
• at least 2 years experience in managing a team of call center consultant in dynamic, technology company
• experience in B2B in a technology company is very welcomed
• strong analytical skills to understand and manage a complex business environment.
• strong hands-on leader with excellent deal making skills
• ability to execute and get stuff done, while collaborating with functional teams
• proactive, confident, assertive and entrepreneurial. Self starter is a must.
