DESCRIPTION
Our Client, well established organization with the service center in Krakow is currently looking for:
Senior Analyst (SAP Business Warehouse)
Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
-ensuring system’s implementation and development in accordance to business needs ( HR teams)
-supporting HR Specialist and Managers in daily work with ERP system
-providing the avaiability of the necessary analytics and dashboards for HR Center of Expertise, Shared Service Centers, Hr Business Partners and Senior HR Management team
-ensuring apriopriate trainings for HR Specialist and indentyfing trainings needs
-ensuring HR KPI’s compatibility with global reporting needs and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
-University degree
-3 years of experience in ERP systems implemantation (experience in HR Analytics, KPIs and Dashboards will be an asset)
-Very good knowledge of English ( both oral and written)
-Knowledge of SAP HSM/SAP Business Warehouse
-Very strong analytical and organizational skills
