DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a well-known international company from the SSC/BPO branch. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Senior Support Analyst.
The senior support analyst is a second level position within the support analyst family. The senior support analyst is expected to fulfill additional responsibilities within the group such as Training Coordinator, or Release Management Lead
• Design, Test, and Implement system changes related to business processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot reports, forms, PL/SQL code, and / or barcode scanner screens to support bug fixes, small enhancements, and project support.
• Support and Administer Oracle, Clarify, Matrix, and/or other related applications Provide Technical Training to users and other Applications Response associates for supported applications.
• Provide root cause analysis. Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
• Coordinate / Conduct Quality Assurance testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Work with user community to deploy changes during appropriate and acceptable maintenance windows.
• Develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to assess departmental application training needs and objectives.
• Deliver effective training specific to an application.
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Min. 5 years of experience with the Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle R12 experience with strong knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Purchasing, and especially Inventory Accounting modules.
• Experience in implementation projects, enhancements, or bug fixes being deployed by Applications Response or IT Project teams.
• Experience in coordination and conduct application training for designated applications to groups within IT organizations as well as functional business groups.
