DESCRIPTION
A major market player and fast expanding international company is opening a financial and accounting shared service center in Poznań and is looking for qualified employees to fill the position of: Accounts Payable Team Leader.
Your responsibilities on this position will include:
- Managing daily execution of accounting tasks,
- Staffing and planning of task execution,
- Monitoring: service quality, compliance with procedures,
- Managing the team of about 10 people.
REQUIREMENTS
- Upper-intermediate English and Polish,
- 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting function – preferably AP,
- 3 years of experience as a leader of an Accounting team of more than 5 people,
- Deep accounting skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements,
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance,
- Hard-working, communicative and proactive,
- Polite, performance-oriented, being able to keep a team motivated,
- Experience in Shared Service Center in a plus.
