DESCRIPTION
A major and fast expanding international company is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Finance Manager in SSC.
The key purpose of this profile is to lead the retail division division in the planning, management, and delivery of the General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
REQUIREMENTS
-At least 7 years of experience in Finance Management position
-Proven experience in leading larger teams (+25 people)
-At least 4 years proven operational experience in accounting function (GL, AP )
-Deep understanding of Finance Management and GL, AP processes
-Proven experience in multinational organization
-Strong operational management and leadership skills
-Able to take initiatives and defend them efficiently so that they can be implemented
-Tends to develop talented people for the corporate good
-Able to create an environment for the enhancement of process knowledge
-Able adapt to changing objectives and priorities
-Strong communication skills
-Strong conflict resolution skills
-Able to motivate team members
-Fluent English
- Fluent Polish
