DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a leading international, system integration consultancy, providing IT services and support. They are looking for IT helpdesk consultants with fluent English and one of the following languages:
- Italian,
- French,
- German,
- Spanish,
- Portuguese,
- Japanese,
- Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin),
- Danish,
- Swedish,
- Norwegian,
- Finnish.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and one of the other languages,
- 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk,
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment,
- Excellent Customer Service skills as well as telephone, listening and communication skills,
- Be able to answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction,
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication,
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and cover various shifts.
