DESCRIPTION
For our Client international industrial company, we are looking for experinced International Controller with strong IT experience.
Our Clinet is looking for strong controller with ambitions, potential and a desire to influence the development in a global group with more than 50 subsidiaries worldwide.
Your key activities will be controlling of and support to the Group’s subsidiaries. One of the key focus areas will be to strengthen the management reporting locally and consolidated. You will be part of the Group Finance Department (Group Finance), reporting to the Group Financiall Manager at the head office in Denmark, but your daily base will be at Poznan in Poland.
You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with colleagues from Group Finance and IT as well as finance managers, controllers etc. from the individual companies in the Group.
You must expect rather extensive travelling at times, which may include assignments of duration of 1-3 weeks in companies across the world.
Tasks:
- Financial and accounting support to subsidiaries.
-Participation in the preparation of Finance Guidelines and Instructions at Group level.
-Support of new companies in the Group to establish financial management and reporting.
-Further development and maintenance of compnies management reporting/BI solution and ensuring that it supports the business requirements across the Group.
-Ad hoc reporting and tasks related to Group Finance.
REQUIREMENTS
-Have a degree in business economics.
-Have significant experience with financial controlling and management reporting. You might have a background as auditor.
-Have experience with BI tools and Navision – or a similar ERP system
-Are self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
-Are an excellent communicator – able to communicate cross-organisationally and cross-culturally.
-Have a good overview, but at the same time have an eye for details.
-Are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Are fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages will be an advantage.
