DESCRIPTION
The great possibility for using and gaining a professional experience in field of Payroll has showed up in Poznan.
For our Client, an international company, with a friendly organizational culture, located in Poznan, we are looking for motivated and open- minded Candidates for the position: Senior Payroll Specialist with foreign languages
(Hungarian, Italian, Czech, Finnish)
Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll timely and accurately using Payroll Processing routines for different countries
- Ensure that Payroll processes are in line with global processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements
- Execute required interfaces with established business partners and external bodies.
REQUIREMENTS
-At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll
-good knowledge of SAP program/HR and labour law
-higher degree in Economics or Finance
-fluent knowledge of one of following languages: Hungarian, Czech, Italian, Finnish
-good English skills
-Good analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve issues related to time management, payroll processing, accounting and auditing
- Excellent understanding of working with and referencing policy and payroll manuals
