DESCRIPTION
For our Client, new Business Service Center with Scandinavian origins, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll timely and accurately using the company's Payroll Processing routines for different countries according the documented Payroll Proce-dures Manual,
- Ensure that Payroll processes are in line with global processes and direc-tions, legal standards and country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements,
- Execute required interfaces with established business partners and exter-nal bodies,
- Communicate and partner with Personnel Administration department and Payroll Accounting to address all issues with the aim of improving payroll accuracy
- Aim for that all SLA´s and Service, menue for HR BSC Payroll processing are met constantly,
- Actively support integration and transition of HR transactional processes from different countries into HR BSC Poznan,
- Support the Payroll Department head in establishing and supporting a continuous improvement of processes and initiatives within the HR BSC based on global standards
- Take an active role in coaching and developing junior Payroll staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Around 3 years working experience in high volume payroll production or domestic/international relocations with SAP Payroll Module or other re-lated payroll software preferred in an HR Shared Service environment,
- Expert knowledge of Payroll processes and specifics,
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve issues related to time management, payroll processing, accounting and auditing,
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment,
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines,
- Ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization,
- Good capabilities as team player and in knowledge sharing,
- Fluent English
- very good knowledge of one of European languages ( Italian/Czech/ Hungarian)
