DESCRIPTION
For our Client, a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of agricultural systems and solutions, we are looking for candidate who will join the office in Poznań and start working on the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Representative is to deliver a positive customer experience, to solve situations when orders do not meet the customers' expectations, and work with internal departments to find solutions to customer issues.
The reponsibilities include:
- Serve the Customer and Fix the Customer's Issue,
- Manage daily in-bound customer calls and emails to support pre-sales and post-sales service,
- Manage escalations per the company process, keep the customer informed and act on behalf of the customer with other our departments to ensure satisfactory closure of all issues,
- Enhance the value of the positive customer experience through the knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English, additionally German or Russian would be an advantage,
- At least 2 years experience in customer service,
- Excellent Customer Focus,
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills,
- Problem solving, organizational skills and ability to work and manage the variable workload,
- Strong team player - enthusiastic, with the ability to self-motivation in pressurized,
- Analytical thinking.
