DESCRIPTION
For our Client, an international company based In Poznan, delivering IT service and support, we are looking for the high motivated Candidates, with excellent knowledge of English and one of the following languages :
Italian, French , German, Spanish (South American), Japanese, Portuguese, Danish
Location: Poznan
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and one of the other languages,
- Experience providing first-line investigation and diagnostics and supporting
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment,
- Excellent Customer Service skills as well as telephone, listening and communication skills,
- Be able to answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction,
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication,
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and cover various shifts.
