DESCRIPTION
For our Client, new Business Service Center with Scandinavian origins, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Payroll or AP or Administration Specialist with Italian/Czech/Hungarian/French/Spanish/German.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration processes are in line with global processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements,
• Execute required interfaces with established business partners and external bodies,
• Communicate and partner with Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration to address all issues with the aim of improving accuracy
• Aim for that all SLA´s and Service, menu for Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration processing are met constantly,
• Actively support integration and transition of Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration transactional processes from different countries into BSC Poznan,
• Support the Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration Department head in establishing and supporting a continuous improvement of processes and initiatives within the BSC based on global standards
• Take an active role in coaching and developing junior Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• Around 3 years working experience in Payroll or AP or Personnel Administration Department
• Expert knowledge of Payroll / AP/ Personnel Administration processes and specifics,
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve issues related to time management, payroll processing, accounting and auditing,
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment,
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines,
• Ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization,
• Good capabilities as team player and in knowledge sharing,
• Fluent English
• Very good knowledge of one of European languages (Italian/Czech/Hungarian/French/Spanish/German)
• Ability to relocate to Poznan
