The key purpose of this profile is to lead the retail division in the management, planning and delivery of the General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes in Mediterranean region. As a People Manager you will manage performance of your team through training, coaching and regular feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
The Successful Applicant:
You speak Spanish very well.
You possess a degree in economics, finance, or business administration or equivalent with 5 years of relevant post graduate experience gained in a progressive multinational organization. Proven experience in leading larger teams (+20 people). A strong team player with a passion for numbers, you enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast paced environment.
