Job title: French speaking IT Agent
Language: Fluent in French and English
Location: Poland / Wroclaw
Start date: ASAP
The Role:
• You will provide support to business customers via the telephone and e-mail.
• Log calls from customers onto the system and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
• Educate business customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue.
• Communicate positively with team members, business customers, and other partners in French and English language.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- A good understanding of computer hardware/software and trouble shooting.
- Fluency in written and spoken FRENCH.
- English Advanced.
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer or IT-related field preferred.
- Experience in providing technical support to enterprise customers or software customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitudes towards ownership of issues and drive for quality resolution in order to fix issues first time.
Skills required:
- Software/hardware problem determination.
- Experience using remote takeover tools.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Excellent customer care and delivery skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication required.
