For our client, who is delivering the business solutions and technical support for worldwide known companies, currently we are looking for:
Helpdesk Analyst with French
Responsibilities
- Serving customer’s technical questions in French language
- Resolving of technical customer’s problems
- Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
- Registrations of problems in the system
Location: Wroclaw
Start: as soon as possible
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent knowledge of French
- Communicative English skills
- Higher degree
- Comprehension of IT area
- Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk, BPO/SSC
- Knowledge of Ms Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
