An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a well-established organization based in Wroclaw.

This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Job description:
- Providing Technical Support for Computers, Peripherals Network related issues and connected devices for Italian customers through Voice and Remote Support.
- Provide consultation or advice on improving PC and network performance.
REQUIREMENTS
• Very good knowledge of French.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• University degree (preferably technical educational background).
• Computer skills and ability to master new tools.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in technical support / helpdesk would be an advantage.
