Our client based in Wrocław is looking for a Lean Program Coordinator to join their busy team. The Lean Program Coordinator will be responsible for project managing all learning programs across sectors (services, manufacturing, and industrial). The primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency, quality, and seamless delivery across all client-attended learning programs.
S/he will support global scale up efforts in other regions as well, playing a strong supporting role.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
¦ Experience in lean, operational excellence, or change management (in any sector).
¦ Strong academic record: Masters degree required (Bachelor’s degree only would be considered for candidates with working experience).
¦ Fluency in English.
¦ Significant project management experience with ability to multitask.
¦ Confidence to lead teams with senior consultants and practice managers.
¦ Excellence in problem solving and creative thinking.
¦ Attention to detail – a focus on ensuring all the little things get done well.
¦ Comfort with last minute changes and dealing with unforeseen circumstances
¦ Proficiency and confidence with IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will have a background in lean or operational excellence, a proactive rather than reactive mindset, the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, confidence to work with senior client, and a willingness to travel.
