DESCRIPTION
For our Client, one of the largest and most successful global corporations, we are currently looking for candidates for Outsourcing Services Sales Manager role.

Locations: Wroclaw (Poland) + international travel up to 75%

The main area of responsibility will be to execute sales strategy defined by CEE Sales Director, in particular:
• Selling outsourcing services to customers in an assigned geographic territory or industry.
• Working closely with the pursuit team and account team to understand the scope of the global engagement and contract in order to provide requisite analysis/information and recommendations to the pursuit and account teams.
• Working closely with the transition manager to ensure the metrics are right; financial metrics, tax and accounting processes are developed and implemented globally.
• Leading the end to end contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities, up sells and renegotiations.
• Leading company deal teams and represents to the customer for outsourcing deals .
• Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large international outsourcing deals
• Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.

REQUIREMENTS
The candidates who apply for this position need to show:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in complex IT service business environment and at least 7 years on a similar, leadership sales position in outsourcing company
• Proven past success in gaining new customers, building business relationships and B2B sales
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets across different business environments
• High level of vertical industry knowledge in multiple key industry IT domains.
• IS/IT and business/financial management expertise
• Leadership skills in directing pursuit and/or delivery teams
• Acts as a Strategic Partner, Trusted Advisor
• Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills
• Drive to change and improve all operational activities, flexibility and conscientiousness, highly persuasive, commercially astute, highly effective presentation skills,
• Great problem solving skills along with ability to work under the stress;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel (inter-)nationally as required (approximately 75%)
