A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position
(Senior) Financial Analyst
Location : Wroclaw
Scope of duties:
• Provides complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business
• Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.
• Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
• Have at least 4 years of experience in finance / controlling / audit
• Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Speak English fluently
• Have a CPA/ ACCA / CIA qualifications
• Have pro-client attitude and excellent analytical skills
• Be detailed-oriented and precise
• Be a great team player
