DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a well-established organization based in Wroclaw.
This role is responsible for providing Technical Support for Computers. This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Job description:
- Providing Technical Support for Computers, Peripherals Network related issues and connected devices for European customers through Voice and Remote Support.
- Provide consultation or advice on improving PC and network performance.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess fluent German language skills. Will have experience in a technical support role with prior experience on Wireless LAN troubleshooting. They MUST have strong profound knowledge in Hardware, O/S, wired & wireless networking, strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Basic understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP etc), IP addressing and sub netting. Knowledge of Product Support: Routers; Wireless; Peripherals - Printers, printservers, webcameras, IP cameras etc.
