For our Client, one of the international companies located in Wroclaw, we are looking currently for the Candidates with fluent German and IT background on the position:
Technical Support with German
On this position you will be responsible for:
-providing technical support to foreign customers regarding computers, application and network issues
-solving the customers problems via phone, mails, chat and forum

REQUIREMENTS
- fluent German and good English;
- excellent knowledge of installing and configuration system (Win 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9,X)
- understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP etc)
-min. one year of professional experience as a technical support or help desk
-min.one year of experience in dealing with customers
-very high communication skills
