Our Client is a global provider of business processes outsourcing solutions, supporting different companies worldwide. Due to its fast development, currently we are looking for:
Technical customer support with French language
Location: Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
• French speaking technical customer service: analysis and problem solving, improvement,
• Customer service best quality assurance,
• Registration of queries in the system.
REQUIREMENTS
If you:
• Speak fluently in French and easy communicate in English,
• Have 1-3 years experience in the Technical customer service or HelpDesk,
• Have a higher education (technical/IT will be an advantage),
• Have a good interpersonal skills and high analytical mind,
• Are customer orientated and well-organized,
• Have good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Would like to have a chance to gain professional experience and knowledge in the international company based in beautiful city: Wroclaw (Poland)…
