DESCRIPTION
Our Client, an international Automotive company with plants located in different parts of the world, is looking for Quality and Warranty Manager Europe. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing of all aspects of quality in plants located in Europe – especially issues connected with customers’ satisfaction and warranty management.
Responsibilities:
• quality and warranty team managing, in plants located in Europe (Poland, Germany and France)
• leading issues connected with all aspects of quality across Europe region – especially connected with warranty and customers’ satisfaction
• managing business risk and exposure to acceptable levels (analyzing OEM Warranty, attending customer warranty meetings etc.)
• supporting the Global Warranty Director with analyzes, negotiations and approval of EU Warranty Contracts
• supporting development and maintenance of a Warranty/Quality Assurance Culture for European region
REQUIREMENTS
• wide international experience within Automotive industry in quality division (not less than 5 years in an international environment)
• managerial experience in quality gained in international structures in Automotive sector
• bachelor degree in engineering or other technical field
• excellent knowledge and understanding of quality tools for Automotive industry: 8D / 7S, PPS 6-Sigma etc.
• excellent interpersonal skills required to customers’ communication
• capable of autonomous responsibility and decision making
• ability to communicate in English fluently
• good knowledge of German language
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ability to travel (car , airplane)
